PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Toronto Caribbean Carnival is an annual summer festival that celebrates Caribbean heritage, history, and identity. Every year, millions of people from around the world gather to partake in the festivities and enjoy a fantastic time!
For this assignment, students were given the opportunity to select an existing festival or one of their interest. They were then tasked with creating three poster designs representing symbolic, abstract, and representational identity themes. Once a direction was chosen, students were challenged to expand upon the concept by creating additional elements such as brochures, tickets, and passes.
